This savory pork chop recipe will tease your taste buds! The sweet taste of the peach sauce adds so much flavor to the pork that you won't even notice that this dish is low in sodium!

1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Rosemary Leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Ground
4 boneless pork chops (1 1/4 pounds)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sherry wine
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches packed in juice, drained

1. Mix garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sea salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Rub on both sides of pork chops.
2. Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Cover with foil to keep warm.
3. For the Peach Sauce, mix brown sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornstarch and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to boil on low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Add peaches; simmer 3 minutes longer. To serve, spoon warm peach sauce on pork chops.
